Refund Arrangement

We refer to our earlier announcement about the cancellation of the above concert and explain our refund arrangement as follows:

1. Priority Booking – Those who purchased concert tickets through the Bank of East Asia (“BEA”) Credit Card Priority Booking Service, will receive a refund on or before 15th March, 2020 based on the printed price on the tickets from AEG Promotion Ltd (“AEG”) to the BEA credit card account used to purchase those tickets. For the avoidance of doubt, this refund does not include the handling fee charged by AEG for processing the purchase of those tickets. Details will be announced at BEA’s website (www.hkbea.com) on 18th December, 2019. 2. Urbtix Booking – Those who purchased concert tickets through Urbtix’s website, mobile application or telephone booking will receive a refund based on the printed price on the tickets (not including the service fee charged by Urbtix) from Cityline (Hong Kong) Ltd (“Cityline”) to the credit card account used to purchase those tickets. Cityline aims to complete the refund of tickets purchased via Urbtix on or before 30th April, 2020. For enquiries, please call Cityline’s customer service hotline at 2314 4228 during office hours from 10 am to 8 pm, Monday to Sunday, including public holidays, or email to cs@cityline.com.hk.
3. Internal Booking– We shall refund those with whom we have confirmed by message or email that their ticket purchase payment has been received and who are awaiting our notification to collect the tickets, based on the printed price on the tickets purchased. We aim to complete such refund on or before 30th April, 2020 and shall contact these ticket purchasers to arrange the refund. 4. In case of any dispute, we reserve the right to make the final determination.
